Marco
Martelli, Founder and Chairman
Marco
founded Marco Martelli Associates, Inc. (dba MMA) in 1980 upon the same core
principles of quality, honesty and integrity that were at the heart of his
father's construction company: John Martelli & Sons founded 25 years
prior.
After
10 years working as a construction supervisor in the family business, Marco
co-founded Ormar Building Corp. in Westchester County and spent the next 10
years specializing in new construction and custom renovations for clients,
including New York’s world-renowned Plaza Hotel, Sloan Kettering Institute
and The Rockefeller University.
In
1980, he formed MMA and surrounded himself with experienced professionals who
have helped him transform MMA into one of the premier General Contractor and
Construction Managers in the New York Tri-State area. Marco has directed all aspects of the
company’s growth and expansion, from client base to diversity of building
projects.
Ron
Kuhlmann, CEO and President
Ron
joined MMA in 1982 and has been a key participant on many of the projects
that shaped the Company’s reputation for quality, value and innovation. In 1993 he was appointed Vice
President and in 2005 CEO and President.
Ron
has been active in the construction industry since 1980 and brings his
comprehensive expertise to every project he manages. His professional experience and
knowledge in the construction industry make him an invaluable resource on any
building project from Custom Residential to Healthcare Research
facilities. Ron’s extensive and
diverse experience in every aspect of the building process: Pre-Construction, Conceptual
Estimating and Budgeting, Hard Number Estimating, Scheduling, Design and
Development and Project Close Out provide the skills required to assess the
viability of any project in any building sector.
Patrick
Quigley, Vice President
Pat
joined MMA in 1989, bringing an additional area of technological expertise to
the firm. In 1990 he was
appointed Project Manager and in 2005 Vice President
Pat
has been active in the construction industry since 1986 and has been
responsible for managing many of the firms Institutional projects. His professional experience and
certifications make him a valued resource in Healthcare Design and
Construction Projects as he is certified in Healthcare Construction and
Infectious Control in New York State.
Pat excels in the planning and conceptual phasing of capital projects
and has been instrumental in improving operations for successful management
of complex construction projects.
His extensive experience in the design, development and construction
of Healthcare and Research Facilities are invaluable in the assessment of
facilities and building system components.
Jennifer
Vitiello, Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Vitiello graduated Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Business and Accounting. Jennifer joined MMA in 1995 as a comptroller
and was appointed CFO shortly thereafter. Her superb ability to manage
finances, implement job cost control and reporting has been instrumental
to MMA's continuing success. |
