Free standing Guest Hotel & Luxury Suites
This was a multi faceted project, the majority of which was the building of a new concrete,
masonry and steel building with corresponding hotel services. Modern methods of construction
were utilized, while the look and period of the original Castle structure were maintained.
The scope of work comprised of:
- installation
of all new MEPS and telecommunication systems
- 32 guest rooms in free standing hotel
- 7 luxury guest suites within the original Castle
- installation of elevators for guest and service use
- swimming pool and cabana complex
- outside bar & patio with patio dining facilities and services
All work was performed while carefully preserving and replicating the unique
architectural features of the Axe Castle.
