• traffic control fixed and hydraulic bollards
• infrastructure upgrade and installation of satellite chiller plant with three York cooling
  towers and chillers
• interior roads and curbs, granite pavers and steps
• installation of grounds irrigation
• new fire alarm closets
• interior space renovations
