An award winning project that required the total restoration of the North & East facade of a 5-story New York City Landmark building.
The scope of work comprised of:
- replication of brownstone details & sculptures
- interior restructuring & remodeling
- removal of the ground floor to allow for the creation of a 2-story retail space
- elevator modernization
- installation of new MEPS future occupancy by owner
