The project consisted of the interior & exterior restructuring of a badly deteriorated turn of the
century building in order to create a new multi-story retail sales space.

The scope of work comprised of:

• new structural steel framework
• installation of new MEPS
• installation of grand stair, new walls, ceilings, stone floors, lighting and storefront
