Maple Grove is a mixed use building incorporating the latest in "Green" Building techniques. The Center is heated and cooled using Geothermal Wells and high efficiency HVAC systems. The Center also incorporates a lower electrical consumption using lighting dimming systems and occupancy sensors for offices. All efforts have been made during construction to use low VOC materials and all construction waste was recycled.
The Center at Maple Grove created 5,000 square feet of office space, a lobby reflection space, a family room, a celebration hall and 2 rooms of urn storage columbariums. The point of the project is to create a building that can be used by the community and the cemetery for diverse functions and education.
