New Tunnel & AHU Replacement – Energy Conservation Project
Excavate and install new fresh air tunnel into subcellar. Hospital building tunnel was constructed to provide relief air to several AHU's that serve hospital buildings.
Utilize tunnel opening to remove and install (5) new 30,000 to 60,000 CFM AHU’S.
Replaced East Campus primary chiller pumps. Converted 3-way to 2-way chilled water valves. Replace (8) fresh air fans.
