Dr. Kreek Laboratories, Flexner Infrastructure Upgrade

The project consisted of a total renovation of 12,000 square feet of laboratories located on multi levels of Flexner Hall, a 90+ year old research facilities building located on Rockefeller University's campus in Mid-Manhattan's East Side.

The infrastructure upgrade consisted of the installation of a 1,000 KV level substation and distribution system, new sprinkler pumps and risers, new chilled water and steam risers, new hood exhaust plenum, ducts and fans, elevator modernization including new structural steel supports, doors, frames, cab and traction equipment.

All work completed in record time without disrupting the building's ongoing operations.
